Kentaro KoyamaFrom Sega RetroKentaro Koyama (小山 健太郎) (also known as Kentaro Kobayashi (小林 健太郎) from 1998 to 2001) is a Sega sound creator who served as a major music composer in its AM3 department up through its rechristening as Hitmaker and its ultimate closure in 2008. He is best known as the sound director of the Virtual-On series and has also created the music for the first Virtua Cop title as well as both Gunblade NY and L.A. Machineguns. Despite Hitmaker's closure, Koyama has continued his work with Sega, as demonstrated by his involvement with Yakuza 3. Production History
