R.B.I. Baseball '94 is the sequel to R.B.I. Baseball '93. It was released for the Sega Mega Drive and Sega Game Gear.

In Europe, a run of cartridges were erroneously printed with the label upside down.

For whatever reason, the Korean's cover art uses the late Genesis art style with the Japanese Mega Drive logo in the spine.
