Huh, looks like Sega forgot to include digital manual for Steam release. I was able to find supposed link to it in this forum thread http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1811812. But site to which it leads to says "We're sorry, but the game you requested is not available in your region" for me, maybe it's not available at all, who knows.
