Masayuki Inoue (井上 正行) is a programmer/software engineer who worked at Sega for a few years, mainly involved with the early Virtua Tennis games, both in arcades and on the Dreamcast. He was also part of the early World Club Champion Football team, coding the game's practice system and AI[2]. He left to join Sony as a software engineering manager, involved with their Cocoon PVR and Bravia TV.[1]
