Masayuki Inoue (井上 正行) is a programmer/software engineer who worked at Sega for a few years, mainly involved with the early Virtua Tennis games, both in arcades and on the Dreamcast. He left to join Sony as a software engineering manager, involved with their Cocoon PVR and Bravia TV.[1]
