	Andy's House
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is on the couch in the living room. Collect five sheep for Bo Peep. Bo Peep is in the kitchen. Beat R.C. Car in a three-lap race in the garage. Collect the Pizza Planet Token in the basement. Defeat the Tin Robot boss in the attic.
	Andy's Neighborhood
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is on the tree branch atop the swinging tyre. Collect five army men for Sarge. Sarge is near the starting point. Beat R.C. Car in a three-lap race around the neighborhood. Collect the Pizza Planet Token above the swimming pool. Defeat the Zurg Kite boss at the top of the tree.
	Bombs Away

	Construction Yard
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is near the wheelbarrow by the structure. Collect five Little Tyke workers for the foreman. The foreman is outside the builders' office. Collect five wrenches for Slinky Dog within the time limit. Solve the paint bucket puzzle in the builders' office. Defeat the Jackhammer boss at the top of the structure. This boss requires the Disc Launcher.
	Alleys and Gullies
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is in the marketplace. Collect five ducklings for the mother duck. She is by the drain near the start. The Grappling Hook is required to collect two of the ducklings. Collect five bones for Slinky Dog within the time limit. Collect the Pizza Planet Token at the marketplace. Use balloons to reach it. Defeat the Clown Top boss at the rooftop. The Grappling Hook is required to reach the boss.
	Slime Time

	Al's Toy Barn
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is on the table in Al's office. Collect five chicks for the mother chicken. She is in the toy aisles. The Hover Boots are required to get one of the chicks. Beat the time trial for a chick, then beat it again for a Pizza Planet Token. Collect the Pizza Planet Token by shooting the locks in Al's office. Defeat the Dinosaur boss in the storage room.
	Al's Space Land
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is after the laser section. Collect five Little Green Men for the mothership. Beat the UFO in a zipwire race. Collect the Pizza Planet Token from the claw machine. Defeat the Buzz Lightyear Buggy boss near the starting point.
	Toy Barn Encounter

	Elevator Hop
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is in the room with the electrical wires near the start. Collect five baby mice for the mother mouse. The mother mouse is in the control room. Race the Pizza Planet Token to the end of a slide within the time limit. Solve the control room puzzle. Defeat the Spider Gunro boss at the very top of the shaft.
	Al's Penthouse
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is in the bathroom. Collect five critters for Jessie. Jessie is in the kitchen. Collect five horseshoes for Bullseye within the time limit. Collect the Pizza Planet Token in the model train room. Use the track switches to re-route the train to a dead end in order to push the box and reach the Token. Defeat the Gunslinger boss in the Woody's Roundup collection room.
	The Evil Emperor Zurg

	Airport Infiltration
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is near the starting point. Collect five Little Tyke passengers for the pilot. The pilot is in the room with the shuttle. Collect five dumbbells for Rocky Gibraltar within the time limit. Collect the Pizza Planet Token in the room with the shuttle. Defeat the Prospector boss atop the conveyor belts in the luggage room.
	Tarmac Trouble
	Pizza Planet Tokens: Collect 50 coins for Hamm. He is in area 5. Collect five pieces of luggage for the Little Tykes. The Little Tykes are in area 3. Collect the Pizza Planet Token at the end of the slime maze without jumping or touching the slime. Solve the helipad lights puzzle in area 1. Defeat the Blacksmith boss in area 7.
