Esco Boueki (エスコ貿易) also known as Esco Trading Co., Ltd. was a Japanese arcade game distributor and video game developer run by future Sega of Japan president Hayao Nakayama‎. As Nakayama was apparently dealing with the Japanese mafia to assist with his distribution deals, Sega Enterprises, Ltd. made the decision to purchase the company outright in 1979.[2]

Esco Boueki continued to develop and manufacture its own games until May 1985, when it was merged into Sega.
