Hiroaki Mizobe (溝部 浩章) also known as Zobe[1], is a programmer at Sega of Japan with a history working on mobile games. After joining Hitmaker he worked on some of the Plus e titles released in 2001, after which which he joined the Derby Owners Club team[1].
