Riot City (ライオットシティ) is a beat-'em-up game developed by Westone and published by Sega for Sega System 16B hardware by Sega in 1991. The only port of the game was for the PC Engine Super CD/TurboGrafx Super CD without Sega's involvement, and it was renamed Riot Zone.
