Shinya Togo (陳 智政) is a Japanese game designer. After working at Neverland for a decade, he became the company director for Imageepoch. After working on 7th Dragon 2020-II until 2013, he moved to Sega CS3 where he became the game director for Hero Bank. In 2018 he moved to Ryu ga Gotoku Studio.
