Yasuhiro Nishiyama (西山 泰弘) joined Sega in 1997 as part of the business section. He went through several departments before heading to the produce section. He was involved in the development of the Mil-CD format for the Sega Dreamcast, among other things. While in Overworks, he worked as an assistant producer of the DC title Guru Guru Onsen as well as producer of Dragon Treasure. He also started up a mobile team and produced cellphone content. Since 2005, he has become Sega's most important arcade game manager, managing 7-10 games at a time.[2][3]
