Secret Mode

In the options menu, press  START  on Control Pad 2. This will allow the lives setting to go up to 99, and allows the use of certain cheats.

Stage select

Enable Secret Mode (see above), then return to the title screen and press on Control Pad 1.

Restore health

Pause the game and press .

Invincibility

Pause the game and press . To turn it off, enter the same code again.

Kill Astal

Pause the game and press .

Alternate Sega calls

Enable Secret Mode (see above), then return to the title screen and hold one of the following button combinations until the Sega logo appears to have certain characters call out "Sega!":

• Leda: +
• Astal: +
• Geist: +
• Antowas: +
• Antowas (alternate): +
• Gerardo: +

This is only available in the Japanese version of the game.
