Old-style date

Dates passed to Template:UnreleasedBob which are not using Template:MissedRelease.

This doesn't matter too much in the short term, but in order to auto-generate detailed development histories, dates will need to be migrated to the new scheme. This is only an obstacle because we've not been declaring regions - some games would only ever be released in one part of the world.
