Hideshi Tatsuno (辰野 英志) was a producer at Sega best known for his work on soccer games, including the original J.League Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurou!, which he directed.

He first worked at Irem[1] as far back as the 80's on games such as 1988's Ninja Spirit.[2] His last known title at Sega is Sega GT, and not long after its release he joined developer Cavia, works including Resident Evil: Dead Aim,[3] Soccer Life[4] and Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors.[5]

In 2017[6] he founded the games company Walcode,[1] the developer of Tenku no Balus Miras. He has since been credited to the company Granzella for producing and designing another soccer game, Soccer Love.[7]
