NBA Action is an unreleased Sega 32X basketball game[2]. Announced around the same time as the Sega Saturn version, the 32X game was set for release in Winter 1995[1], but was cancelled[3], likely due to the declining popularity of the 32X system.

No screenshots or footage of the 32X version of NBA Action have ever been released, and Sega of America's own marketing could not decide if it contained 27 NBA teams[1] (indicating the 1995 season) or 29[4] (the 1996 season, which added two teams). While the Saturn version uses a full 3D engine, no such promises were being made for the 32X, suggesting it may have been closer to the previous season's Sega Mega Drive outing, NBA Action '95 Starring David Robinson.
