Brazil: NOT a Broadband Adapter!

Hello. The Dreamcast Link adapter for Brazil reads "LINE", and the port appears to be for RJ-11 (phone line), not RJ-44 (Ethernet). I've tried to find concrete information, and here it is:
• A Dreamcast unboxing at https://youtube.com/watch?v=ustrrrmiZjY&t=158 is blurry, but at 2:38, there may or may not be a modem included.
• The instructions at https://www.sega-brasil.com.br/Tectoy/Dreamcast_Link mention a "Dial Up Number" along with the modem hardware and settings. There is no mention of broadband capability.
Vice claims that the Dreamcast Link dial-up modem was sold separately.
• "Modem para o Dreamcast chega ao Brasil" ("Dreamcast modem arrives in Brazil") was published as a news article on May 30, 2001. It says that for 50 reals, one can purchase the modem and browser.

The Dreamcast in Brazil, as with most other gaming systems there, had limited success in the country. Only 31 games, or 32 if including Sega Swirl, are known to have a Brazilian release. The market, as well as the added task of translating games and manuals, factors into this. Please move the Dreamcast Link on the Dreamcast Modem page. Thank you for your understanding. --True Tech Talk Time (talk) 00:19, 28 January 2019 (EST)
