List of Mega Drive games

From Sega Retro

I've deliberately left off extra information like genre and price, in order to keep the table clean and easy to see which games were released in which region at a glance. The "mdlist" template will make it easier to add columns for additional regions, or change the formatting. I'd like to see other list pages follow this format, but I'll be focusing on the Mega Drive for the moment. - Hivebrain 20:10, 9 November 2010 (UTC)

Full list (bar release dates/catelogue numbers)

(there was once a list here - see the history)

should save some time -Black Squirrel 06:56, 30 March 2011 (CDT)

Random note to mark the change to Shui Hu: Feng Yun Zhuan on both lists. (Cobb is defying my expectations.) Should I edit this list or the other in the meantime? - Andlabs 22:44, 30 March 2011 (CDT)

What is "Whizz" and should we use a special mark for unreleased games or keep them separate on this page? Finally, should I update only the main list or all three lists as I'm going to be fixing a fair number of entries? - Andlabs 00:19, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

The non-talk version of this page is the only one worth updating. If we need extra lists, they can be generated from this one. -Black Squirrel 16:37, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

As far as unlicensed/prototype games go

I think they'd be better off on separate lists. I stole this original list from Guardiana and they lump everything together, but prototype games will never have release dates and the unlicensed stuff probably won't have useful catelogue numbers. It's already going to be difficult to manage. -Black Squirrel 09:41, 16 June 2011 (UTC)

I'll get to that when I finish fixing the list — as it stands now, there are still some games incorrectly marked as unlicensed/unreleased. - Andlabs 14:14, 16 June 2011 (UTC)

Now that this is winding down, should the download-only games (Game Toshokan and Sega Channel) be listed here? - Andlabs 00:19, 26 August 2011 (CDT)

I'd love to help fill in missing codes and stuff on this list, but it's to heavy and hard to see in edit mode. Is there some way to download or see the edit page more clear? Rotmostraedet 04:30, 7 November 2011 (CST)
