the wonders of Sammy

  • "大戦略1941 〜逆転の太平洋〜" is all Sammy, but is listed on Sega's site as first party; it sounds like after the merger, Sega assumed control of Sammy's game properties? I'm not sure how to handle it
  • "スタンダード大戦略 電撃戦" in a similar vein was first published by Sammy, but the Greatest Hits rerelease is on the Sega The Best label... which leads to the above question (I will handle this one because of the Sega The Best)

http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps2/582304-daisenryaku-1941 - I see no mention of Sega at all, and it's all pre-merger, so I don't think we're to cover that one
http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps2/921278-standard-daisenryaku-dengekisen - re-release under the Sega brand, original by Sammy
http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps2/927179-standard-daisenryaku-shiwareta-shouri - totally Sega

-Black Squirrel 11:53, 24 January 2012 (CST) Yeah I figured that out from the publisher info on the SCEJ link — I wanted to know how we should cover it. For Dengekisen, should we specifically list the Sega The Best version, or just use the original? - Andlabs 20:26, 24 January 2012 (CST)
