Wave Master

Was Wave Master a Sega subsidiary when Enix's Super Galdelic Hour — for which they did the sound — was developed, and if so, does that warrant an article here? - Andlabs 22:11, 20 March 2011 (CDT)
Splitty split
So yes I was going to split out the "pre-Wave Master" stuff (i.e. anything before 2000) and make an article for whatever its predecessor was called. Problem is I've since confused myself and no longer know what it's predecessor was called. I thought it might be Sega Digital Studio but that seems to still exist today, so I'm guessing "Sega Digital Media Studio" but I'm not convinced about that either.
Any ideas?
