Saturn SS Checker V1.00

Description:

Sega has just released a low cost Saturn Address Checker that will help developers check their games fo illegal address errors. The Checker will not give the exact address error location, program counter, or read/write information, but it will indicate where in the Saturn memory the error occured.

The Address Checker has a series of LEDs that represent the different memory areas of the Saturn. When the checker encounters an error, the corresponding LED will light up indicating an error. For example, if LED 1 is on, it represents illegal access in the ROM area.

The SS Checker doesn't replace the regular Saturn Address Checker, but it does allow developers to test games for any illegal errors that may occur. It functions just like a production Saturn and does not require a host PC. Developers familiar with the full blown Saturn Address Checker know how difficult it is to setup and maintain. The SS Address Checker is much more portable and affordable. Price will be available shortly/
