In the late 1970s through the 1980s, it was common for arcade developers to license their systems to other developers for distributions, and Sega was no exception. Ignoring their partnership with Gremlin, Sega distributed a handful of games, from Atari's Asteroids to Konami's Frogger to Midway's Timber.
