I remember this... this was one of the last promotional offers made by Ecofilmes in 2002, with the partnership / sponsorship of Rádio Cidade (Portuguese radio station, currently Cidade FM ) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cidade_(radio_station) ... a sort of a Budget label... if you bought a Dreamcast game, you would instantly receive a cheap mini FM radio with the logo of Rádio Cidade.
English Translation of the Portuguese text in the back of the box:
"Dozens of fantastic titles for Dreamcast in a spectacular promotional offer at irresistible prices. And with the purchase of any game of the promotional offer "Ganha Sempre", you will receive a free mini FM radio with earphones. Promotional offer valid until February 26 (or 28... its not perceptible, the text is so small) 2002."
As you might know the Euro € was introduced in Portugal in January of 2002... you can see the price in Euros and in Portuguese Escudos (plural... the singular is Escudo) printed on the front cover...
