Hiroyuki Chi (地 宏之) is a former artist at Sega of Japan who worked on the Let's Make Baseball/Yakyuu Tsuku franchise. Some time after leaving Sega in the early 2000's, he, like Maki Kato, joined Electronic Arts Canada, where he worked on Def Jam: Fight for NY and several entries in the annual FIFA series as a technical artist. Later, Chi joined Capcom and worked on the Resident Evil series beginning with Resident Evil 7: Biohazard as an art director and then a senior project manager.
