Katsunori Uchibori (内堀 克則) is a programmer at Sega of Japan, best-known for his work on the Cyber Troopers Virtual-On and Initial D franchises.

Career

Prior to working at Sega, Katsunori Uchibori lived in the United States developing servers and supercomputers. The first game he worked on after joining Sega Software R&D Dept. 3 in 1999 was Cyber Troopers Virtual-On: Oratorio Tangram M.S.B.S. Ver. 5.66, although he received as thanks in the Sega Dreamcast port of Ver. 5.4 released 6 months earlier. There were rumours within his company Hitmaker that he was one of the people president Hisao Oguchi held in the highest regard.
