Mega Drive version

Unlock all weapons

Pause the game and press B A C C C A B B A C C C A B. Now during gameplay, pressing Down+A+B+C will cycle through every weapon in the game[1].

Get 54 lives

Pause the game and press C C A A B B C C A A B B. You will be taken to a special room with director and programmer John Botti telling you how to perform the weapons cheat above. Finishing the room will lead you back to stage 1[1].

End stage

Pause the game and press A B C B B A A A A C A A A C C C A C B A. This will end the current stage and start the next.

Run faster and jump higher

Pause the game and press A B C C B A C B A C B A A A C A C B C A C A C A B C B[1].

Immortality

Using the jump higher cheat above, start the first stage, move to left of the screen, jump and hold Up-left. You will be taken to a special "immortality room" with a photograph of the developers. "Finishing" this room takes you back to the first stage, this time with immortality[2].

Fall through the floor

Pause the game and press A B C C C B A. Now pressing HOLD DownC will cause RoboCop to fall through the floor (which for much of the game means he'll die). Being damaged appears to turn this code off.

Turn the blue jumpsuit enemies into women

Several games from this period were requested to cover up women's bare skin or replace them as enemy characters entirely. It is not known if the developers of RoboCop Versus The Terminator were asked to do something similar for this character[1].

In addition to showing details about the game, this offers an alternative means of the "falling through floor" code above, a level select and a "photograph freeze" mode, in which holding  START  stops the entire game (making it easier to take screenshots).
