Phantasy Star 0 (ファンタジースターZERO) is an RPG developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega for the Nintendo DS. It is the first, and so far only, Phantasy Star game on the DS, and is based on the mechanics of Phantasy Star Online. The game is considered as a prequel in the series and has online play both with strangers and with Friend Codes. The game's chat system is similar to PictoChat.
Like the first Phantasy Star Online game, it is limited to only level 100.
