Slam 'n Jam '96 Featuring Magic & Kareem, also titled Magic Johnson to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar no Slam Jam '96 (マジック・ジョンソンとカリーム・アブドゥール・ジャバーのスラムジャム'96) in Japan, is a basketball game for the Sega Saturn, and sequel to Slam 'N Jam '95, released for the 3DO the previous year. As the name suggests, it is sponsored by basketball players Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
On the PlayStation, Slam 'n Jam '96 was released a couple of times in North America, with later versions claiming to be "Signature Editions". The exact reasoning for this subtitle is not understood, but subsequently all North American Saturn boxes also claim to include the signature edition.

Gameplay
While Slam 'n Jam '96 has the license to use the likeliness of Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, it does not have a license from the NBA, meaning teams and other players are fictional.
