Tornado is an unreleased game and the first arcade game developed by Sega Technical Institute, developed by a small team of people sent over from Japan, but was canceled due to technical issues. It was a side-scrolling shooter similar to Missile Command or SDI: Strategic Defense Initiative, played with a trackball and joystick.
