Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain is an action adventure game developed by Silicon Knights for the Sony PlayStation. A version was also in development for the Sega Saturn, but was never released. Its sequel, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, was released for the Dreamcast.

Reportedly the Saturn port of the game was finished, but Silicon Knights were unable to find a publisher[2]. Several years later, Electronic Gaming Monthly reported that the Saturn version was developed first and ran smoother than the PlayStation version[3].
