Wing Commander III: Heart of the Tiger is the third game in the Wing Commander series by Origin Systems. It was released for a variety of platforms between 1994 and 1996.

A Sega Saturn was announced at E3 1995 by Electronic Arts, and was later advertised for the system in North America before being cancelled for unknown reasons. Other ports of the game for the 3DO and PlayStation were released without problems.

While the original Wing Commander was released for the Sega Mega-CD, the sequel, Wing Commander II: Vengeance of the Kilrathi remained exclusive to PCs.
