Critical reception

- Weird caveats
- Games being reviewed 3498304532 times under different names (e.g. Twin Cobra)
- Review restrictions - Sega had a bunch of these for a few months after Sonic 2 was leaked
- Explanation of any outliers, e.g. Future Publishing gave biased reviews for early Driv3r coverage
