Hideki Saito (斉藤 秀樹) is a former game designer at Sega Enterprises. Their full name has never been given in English and for some reason their first name's initial was given as E in Title Fight. They seem to have left Sega shortly after the release of Hard Dunk to work on Bakuretsu Hunter.
