Futbol Argentino 96
"Localised" version of the game created by Miky, which was distributed around Argentina during the late 1990s. It contains teams from the Argentinian Football Association (AFA) (presumably without a license to do so), making it (and similar SNES hacks) unusually popular in the country.
A successor of sorts exists as Futbol Argentino 98.
