The Time Plug & Play on TV is a handheld "console on a chip" distributed by Time in 2007. It has no cartridge slot, but instead includes 20 built in Sega Master System and Sega Game Gear games. The unit's shape is almost identical to that used in the Mega Drive Twin Pads bundle (meaning it has an unnecessary extra button).
