Layup Co., Ltd. (株式会社レイアップ), often stylized as Lay-Up, is a Japanese toy design firm and video game production company. Layup's game development is generally conducted in a planning and production role[1], with the company contracting other developers for aspects like programming and sound.

Company

In 1997, developer Varie and its sister company Sonnet Computer Entertainment were merged into Layup, presumably by being acquired entirely.[2]
