Made this because I don't think we want to lose track of unreleased games being advertised.
What I'd like to do though is take advantage of Hivebrain's MagazineName changes, and have the reference expanded to
GamePro (US) #77: "December 1995" (1995-xx-xx)[1]
i.e. the user only has to specify the publication (gamepro), issue (77) and page (193). I'm hoping template:Fileref ends up having a similar interface at some point (the PDF being stored by cargo) so I'm going to leave this until that's done.
