Games were also published under Take-Two's subsidiary, Rockstar Games.

In 2004, Take-Two entered into a partnership with Sega which led to Take-Two's Global Star Software division publishing their sports games in Europe. A year later, Take-Two purchased developer Visual Concepts from Sega which led to the creation of the 2K Games division.
