The Master System 3 is a Master System "console on a chip" which was manufactured by Tectoy and released in Brazil in 2008. It comes with 131 built-in games. It has no cartridge slot, but does come with two Mega Drive style control pads which plug into two DE-9 ports. Most of the buttons on the pads are redundant as the console has no Mega Drive games.
