From 1992 to 2003, Serbia and Montenegro formed one single state called Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

Sega was represented by the ACTIVEMAGIC company since the end of 1994.There were two main sellers: Digi Tech and Beosoft (who also represented Nintendo in this country).Sold products:

- Sega Mega CD II-(1995)
- Sega Master System II-(1995-1996)
