Maze Syndrome is an unreleased Sega Game Gear game. It was one of the first games announced for the system, debuting along with the console at the Tokyo Toy Show 1990, but was cancelled for unknown reasons.

It is not known who developed Maze Syndrome, but it was said to be a fantasy role-playing game published by Sega, to be a big hit for Christmas 1990 much like G-LOC: Air Battle.[2]
