Kazuki Konishi (小西 一樹) is a programmer at Sega of Japan involved with the Phantasy Star franchise. He joined Sega in 2006 and was assigned to Global Entertainment R&D Dept. 3, where he worked as a client programmer. He would go on to work on the map system in Phantasy Star Online 2 and continued to do so for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis, developing the Open Field[1].
