Atsutoshi Takahashi (高橋 敦俊) is a programmer at Sega. He joined in 1991 and began working on the Mega Drive games.[1] He is most notable as a recurring programmer on the Let's Make Soccer series. In 2010, he was the program section manager at Sega CS2.[1]
