Gem Distribution, Ltd., formerly known as Exertis Gem, was a British video game distributor and subsidiary of Irish marketing agency DCC, and official product distributor for Sega Europe in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Shortly before the launch of the Sega Dreamcast, Gem Distribution was awarded the exclusive product distribution rights for Sega Europe in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Additionally, the company's contract with Sega Europe would be renewed in 2003, and it continued to distribute its game products for years afterward.
