sand harder

an implementation of an idea I put forward in Template Talk:Ratings. Surprisingly, it works. Sort of

it doesn't calculate averages automatically (yet) because we lack an extension to do it
there is no "hiding" of review scores. There may never be (I'm thinking text that reads "based on x publications" would be better there, and you'd calculate x)
big names stretch the table and make it look less pretty
don't have time to do sources right now - will be done later
<30 is red, >70 is green
