Monster Hunter is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive light gun game developed and slated to be published by Sega. Announced as one of the first titles to utilize the company's first-party light gun - the Menacer - it was originally scheduled for a Christmas 1993 release date, but ultimately never materialized.

Monster Hunter is unrelated to the later Capcom series of the same name.
