Mystaria: The Realms of Lore

Reason for name change to Blazing Heroes?
Been thinking about this for a bit, would love some input... So "Mystara" is the land in which the majority of Dungeons & Dragons campaigns take place, it's like the main land. Whether or not the original Japanese name was based off that, or just a coincidence seeing a both derive from the word "mystery", it looks like the name got them into some copyright trouble.
Would anyone have any sources/references that would specifically tie this game's copyright troubles and rerelease to any of these companies (either TSR, Inc. of DND fame, or possibly Wizards of the Coast)? I can't imagine any other companies with relevant property that would otherwise have an issue here. Any leads? EDIT: More information. When the game was re-released, SoA specifically noted that this game was previously known as "Mystaria: The Realms of Lore", and now there's no trademark notice on the name...
