Citizens of Earth is a RPG developed by Eden Industries and published by Atlus. In the game you play as the Vice President of the World and need to recruit regular people into your team, who then fight your battles for you.
The developers originally planned to fund the game through a Kickstarter campaign in October 2013, which failed. On April 9th, 2014 Atlus announced that they are publishing it.
