Eduardo Morales-Hermo was the CEO of Segasa. In the company since the first day, which he joined while a conscript in the Spanish Army[3][4] (he fell in good graces with his Captain, becoming its protégé, which made his military life more easyer, with its military service reduced to only three hours passed in the army barracks, which provided him free time to complete his studies, and work in Segasa's factory in the afternoon, a job he got with the help of a close friend of his Captain[1]) he first started in Commercial and Administration Management and then as a Commercial and Marketing Director before being appointed in 1978[1] as CEO and General Manager, remaining in that role until 2006, when the company closed down. He is currently a Senior Gambling & Betting Business Consultant at Ficom Leisure and CEO of iGamingCo[5].

Morales-Hermo was also instrumental in forming Facomare (Asociación Española de Empresarios de Máquinas Recreativas, Spanish National Trade Gaming Association), the second game manufacturer's assocation in Spain (which he presided[6] for six years from 1979 to 1985[7]) , after the discontent[8] of the Spanish companies with Andemar C.V. (Asociación de Empresários de Máquinas Recreativas de la Comunidade Valenciana, Business Association For Arcade Machines In The Valencian Community), accused of allegedly monopolizing the council, giving few rights of vote to the manufacturers and ignoring their opinions and interests.
