Goodby Silverstein & Partners, known as Goodby, Berlin & Silverstein prior to 1992, is an American advertising agency notable for creating the highly successful Sega Scream marketing campaign, as well as the slogan Welcome to the Next Level.
Company
In 1992, the agency won a bid to create Sega of America's next United States marketing campaign.
In May 1996, Goodby Silverstein & Partners was replaced by American advertising agency Ingalls Moranville Advertising.[1]
