Kazuhiro Fumoto (麓 一博) is a technical artist at Sega. A self-taught CG artist[4], he has been with the company since the late 90's, having dealt in video production for the Sega Dreamcast's launch, including making the console's startup video.[2] He worked as an artist at Smilebit before being moved to Sega's library-building department, where he learned to program[4]. Fumoto is a committee member of the Computer Entertainment Developers Conference and the operator of the Sega Tech Blog website.[5]
